fixed a bug related to passing additional arguments to the tie function; thanks to Daniel Kubb for the spot

keeps insertion order; allows duplicate keys

To install Tie::DxHash, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tie::DxHash

install Tie::DxHash
