Changes for version 0.10

1) Rework public interface 2) Add pushable streams 3) add reverse and spray methods

To install Async::Stream, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Async::Stream

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Async::Stream
