You can now pass multiple arguments to a  routine.
mod_include has this: if (!(allow_options(r) & OPT_INCLUDES)) { return DECLINED; }

Implement Server Side Includes in Perl

To install Apache::SSI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::SSI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::SSI
