Changes for version 0.00_02 - 2003-12-03

Added a bunch of platform-specific code from the Module::Build project, should work on all platforms except Windows now. Windows will be in the next release.

To install ExtUtils::CBuilder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ExtUtils::CBuilder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ExtUtils::CBuilder
