fixed bug in parse_args method pointed out by Ben Laurie: %hash=HTML::SimpleParse->parse_args('A="xx" B'); did not include B in %hash.

To install HTML::SimpleParse, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::SimpleParse

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::SimpleParse
