Changes for version 1.008 - 2000-08-28

Fixed a problem with from_base() and negative numbers. They were being treated as positive numbers. [armengou@fonocom.es (Xavier Armengou)]

Convert numbers between various bases

To install Math::BaseCalc, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::BaseCalc

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::BaseCalc
