Changes for version 0.02 - 1998-07-23

I had omitted a file (db/README) from MANIFEST, that made "make test" fail. The code was still fully operational, but the test failed.

ties hashes to databases using shared and exclusive locks

To install Tie::DB_Lock, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tie::DB_Lock

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tie::DB_Lock
