Changes for version 1.14

Change all GD::Barcode::* to be able to use without GD module. Thank you Lars Lundberg for suggestion.

To install GD::Barcode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm GD::Barcode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install GD::Barcode
