Skip regression test #4 (mcast_drop) because it always fails on windows platforms. This should not affect functionality, as the test asks mcast_drop() to return a false value when dropping an address twice.

Send and receive multicast messages

To install IO::Socket::Multicast, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::Socket::Multicast

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::Socket::Multicast
