-Create Net::Netmask objects using the new2() constructor, which returns undef in cases when the address or mask can't be parsed.

Support load balancing across multiple internet service providers

To install Net::ISP::Balance, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::ISP::Balance

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::ISP::Balance
