Changes for version 1.06

-Allow user to take actions based on lsm events. -Retry interfaces that are not running at time load_balance runs -Remove dependencies on interface configuration files. Everything figured out using ip route and ip addr.

Support load balancing across multiple internet service providers

To install Net::ISP::Balance, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::ISP::Balance

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::ISP::Balance
