Fix combination of verify_client and jwt_secret causing tokens to be generated when verify_client return 0 for client_credentials grant

Easier implementation of an OAuth2 Authorization Server / Resource Server with Mojolicious

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::OAuth2::Server, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::OAuth2::Server

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::OAuth2::Server
