FindBin-libs-1.62

Changes for version 1.62 - 2012-02-14

Switch to Module::Build. This allows installing a single file based on $^V of the Perl used for installation. This leaves a single "libs.pm" insalled as either the source's 5.8 version or the newer one for 5.10 or later.
I have no way to test this on Windows or VMS; any feedback would be appreciated.

stable version of code for older perl installations.

locate and a 'use lib' or export directories based on $FindBin::Bin.

To install FindBin::libs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FindBin::libs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FindBin::libs
