Changes for version 4.02 - 2009-05-08

Remove Devel::Size from the main tests; add new ones that aren't part of the normal test cycle for anyone who cares.
Start on a subschedule merge handler.
Add "prefork" and "postfork" calls. The former is made in the parent process, the latter in the child. These are mainly for cleaning up things like DBI handles for a known state.
