Added support for pseudo-mapping empty files Hopefully made File::Map Cygwin compatible

Memory mapping made simple and safe.

To install File::Map, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Map

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Map
