Changes for version 1.0

Upped version to 1 as I can't see any more changes
Added in validation of the XML respoonce
- check it is valid
- check for soap:Fault/faultstring
- check for soapenv:Fault/faultstring
Updated documentation to mention
- results()
- results_xml()

To install SOAP::Lite::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SOAP::Lite::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SOAP::Lite::Simple
