Changes for version 0.04 - 2005-03-11

fixed AllocateAndGetTcpExTableFromStack() and AllocateAndGetUdpExTableFromStack() functions, no more failire on "nmake test" under Windows 2000 and earlier platforms.

Perl wrapper for Win32 IP Helper functions and structures.

To install Win32::IPHelper, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::IPHelper

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::IPHelper
