Changes for version 0.08 - 2026-10-08
- Builds on Windows: NO_XSLOCKS, and the C core no longer uses poll, gettimeofday or errno on a socket there.
- Files are opened binary on Windows.
- t/25-tcp.t scans over TCP with no fork, so it runs everywhere.
- t/10-new.t and t/80-abi.t skip what needs a UNIX socket.
