Changes for version 0.02 - 2026-08-16

Fix load failure on LibreSSL (OpenBSD base): cjws_key_alloc no longer calls OPENSSL_zalloc, which LibreSSL does not provide - the implicit declaration only surfaced at dlopen as an undefined symbol. Report NA rather than an inconclusive result when libcrypto is missing or predates OpenSSL 1.1.0 / LibreSSL 2.7.
