Changes for version 0.06 - 2026-11-04
- Expect the Windows switches test's path as File::Spec joins it, since Cygwin's turns a backslash into a slash
- Write every relative file name with forward slashes on Windows, as Devel::Cover does, and compare a walked directory the way File::Find spells it
- Run a tool through IPC::Open3 rather than a forked pipe, which Windows has not
- End a run past its timeout by its pid where there are no process groups
