- Count the comment lines xsubpp drops from an XSUB body, which its #line leaves out
- Match the top directory against the walk however File::Find spells it, an older one keeping the backslashes on Windows
- Expect a Windows path with slashes in the tests, and copy the spike's helper C whichever way its path is spelt
