Changes for version 0.06 - 2026-10-08
- Logger takes an exclusive lock and releases it with LOCK_UN; the shared lock it took before discarded every write on Windows
- t/06-elapsed.t no longer requires the call to take under a second
- :Audit works on perl 5.8 and 5.10, where the sub has no name yet when its attributes are applied
