Changes for version 0.06

Add more base attributes, a set function and refactor tests to use Moonshine::Test.

Build some more html.

To install Moonshine::Element, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Moonshine::Element

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Moonshine::Element
