Adds - get_element('', []) - get_elements('', []), get_elements_by_class(), get_elements_by_tag()

Build some more html.

To install Moonshine::Element, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Moonshine::Element

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Moonshine::Element
