Geo::IP2Location

Lookup of country, region, city, latitude, longitude, ZIP code, time zone, ISP, domain name, connection type, IDD code, area code, weather station code and station, MCC, MNC, mobile carrier brand name, elevation, usage type, IP address type and advertising category by using IP address. It supports both IPv4 and IPv6 addressing. Please visit IP2Location Database for more information.
