NAME

Plack::Middleware::LowerUrl - Make everything lower!

SYNOPSIS

use Plack::Builder;

builder {
    enable "Plack::Middleware::LowerUrl";
    $app;
};

Plack::Middleware::LowerUrl will just make the REQUEST_URI and PATH_INFO lower. It will skip over any passed in parameters.
