Add Scintilla edit control to Win32::GUI

To install Win32::GUI::Scintilla, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::GUI::Scintilla

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::GUI::Scintilla
