Template View Class with utf8 encoding

To install Catalyst::View::TT::ForceUTF8, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::View::TT::ForceUTF8

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::View::TT::ForceUTF8
