Use more of the functions in HTTP::Tiny to eliminate URI and URI::Escape dependencies

Basic EC2 client

To install Net::EC2::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::EC2::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::EC2::Tiny
