Added unit test.
Updated the method cmp_excel() and compare_excel() signature to allow the rule definition.
Added STRING and NUMBER comparison.

A module for testing and comparing Excel files

To install Test::Excel, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Excel

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Excel
