     - Changed dist style and Changes back to standard. People didn't like it -
       the nail that sticks out gets hammered down.
     - Added standard test files; this will also help with CPANTS.
     - reduced dependencies using author tests

       documentation of this class' methods so the manpage is more readable
     - Work around an API change in Attribute::Handlers 0.79, shipped with perl
       5.10, where a single scalar value is returned as an array ref when
       ATTR(SCALAR) is used
