Implemented a logger() method that uses Apache::Log (inspired by https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=75675)

Added small amount of test coverage for authen_cred()

An AuthCookie module backed by a DBI database.

To install Apache2::AuthCookieDBI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache2::AuthCookieDBI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache2::AuthCookieDBI
