Changes for version 0.03 - 2024-09-16

Improve build-time h2ph detection.
Load sys/syscall.ph directly (instead of syscall.ph); hopefully this'll be more portable.

pure Perl interface to getrandom(2)

in _Bits.pm.PL

To install Sys::GetRandom::PP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::GetRandom::PP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::GetRandom::PP
