Changes for version 0.08 - 2006-09-17

Fix typo in 'perlpath' override (reported by Sisyphus).
Change 'ld' override from gcc to g++ to match what recent Perls do under Win32/MinGW (suggested by Sisyphus).

compile ActivePerl mdoules with MinGW

overrides some configuration values

To install ExtUtils::FakeConfig, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ExtUtils::FakeConfig

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ExtUtils::FakeConfig
