Use version.pm and bump to 1.0.0 to try and fix the mess of previous numbering schemes.

To install Net::CIDR::Lookup, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::CIDR::Lookup

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::CIDR::Lookup
