Added some better tests and found/fixed some minor errors in the return code hash.

A module for abstracting IRC numeric codes.

To install Net::Bot::IRC::NumericCodes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Bot::IRC::NumericCodes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Bot::IRC::NumericCodes
