Changes for version 0.40

Fix cache test to pass with no HTTP server in the test Some CPAN testers were failing because the test HTTP server couldn't be spun up. Replaced with a mocked WWW::Mechanize->get to validate that the process works.

Test Web applications using TAP

To install Test::WWW::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::WWW::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::WWW::Simple
