change snapshot_layout to snap_layout for consistency with the simple_scan plugin

Snapshot the Mech object's state

To install WWW::Mechanize::Plugin::Snapshot, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Mechanize::Plugin::Snapshot

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Mechanize::Plugin::Snapshot
