remove references to current_sub in test file
reduce minimum Perl version in TravisCI configuration to 5.14
increase minimum Perl version from 5.010 to 5.014 to align with Keyword::Declare

provide new syntax to use a 'given' statement without an experimental warning

To install Keyword::With, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Keyword::With

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Keyword::With
