Changes for version 1.13

fixed a test failure when using an older version of HTML::FillInForm
added dist/prove_prereqs.pl for testing with older versions of prerequisite modules. See the source of that script file for info.

integrate with HTML::FillInForm

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::FillInForm, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::FillInForm

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::FillInForm
