Re-write to use OFX interface rather than screen scraping
Citi move to aspnet style forms which require javascript support (or lost of kludges to fake javascript)
Should be much more stable

To install Finance::Card::Citibank, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Finance::Card::Citibank

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Finance::Card::Citibank
