Bail out of Build.PL on Windows. LIRC doesn't run on windows, so there is no need to support it. Some tests might hang when run under windows.

A client library for the Linux Infrared Remote Control

To install Lirc::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lirc::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lirc::Client
