Changes for version 0.22 - 2013-05-20

  • Fixes issues in smoke testing and on alternate OSes
  • Adds missing prereqs
  • Processes pod with Pod::Perldoc rather than external call to perldoc and shell piping (hopefully this will work better on alternate OSes)
  • Ensures we are using the current perl to run things under tests
  • Moves actual conversion code to its own sub
