Changes for version 1.12 - 2003-12-29

some minor changes
- added the ABSTRACT to pod
- Filled in the README file
- added META.yml (via MakeMaker)
- removed scripts/ from distribution

use extended apache format config files

in lib/Config/ApacheExtended/Grammar.pm

To install Config::ApacheExtended, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::ApacheExtended

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::ApacheExtended
