The xmlapi was an expat wrapper library I wrote in 2000 in ANSI C; this is its Perl port.

To install XML::xmlapi, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::xmlapi

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::xmlapi
