Make Dockerfile as Template Toolkit template file and use environment variables as data points

To install App::Dockerfile::Template, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::Dockerfile::Template

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::Dockerfile::Template
