DESCRIPTION

This update script writes default global configuration and creates the starter welcome page when they do not already exist.

To install Developer::Dashboard, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Developer::Dashboard

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Developer::Dashboard
