Added MSWin32.pl to enable correct build on MS Windows platform (with both GCC and MSVC compiler). Contributed by kmx.

Perl extension for OpenSSL EC (Elliptic Curves) library

To install Crypt::OpenSSL::EC, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::OpenSSL::EC

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::OpenSSL::EC
