Changes for version 1.3

Test suite would fail in a confusing fashion if the SLP server could not be contacted. Now it die()s with an informative message.
Altered prerequisites to openslp 1.2.1. 1.2.0 has a bug in SLPDereg that causes a seg fault on some platforms when the tests are run.

Perl extension for accessing the Service Location Protocol (SLP) API. SLP can be used to discover the location of services

To install Net::SLP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::SLP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::SLP
