Changes for version 1.06 - 2002-08-20

Update t/find_old_threads.t to allow tests to succeed in timezones other than US-Pacific.
There are no changes to any modules, only the test suite, no update is required for existing installations

To install LaBrea::Tarpit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm LaBrea::Tarpit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LaBrea::Tarpit
